RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council accept the donations to the Billings Public Library.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Billings Public Library has received $1,000 from the Town Pump Charitable Foundation earmarked for the 2025 Teen Summer Reading programming.
The Billings Public Library Foundation has donated $7,000 to sponsor two programs:
$4,000 - Book drop conveyance light
$3,000 - Aunt Flow, free feminine products in the public restrooms
