BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Councilmember Kennedy proposed an initiative that was approved by the City Council asking staff to present information on litter in Billings, specifically along S. Billings Blvd. The discussion will revolve around both prevention and reactive maintenance. We will address S. Billings Blvd in depth and then discuss litter in the City in general.
