RECOMMENDATION
PRPL seeks City Council consent to accept funds in the amount of $2,500 (two-thousand five-hundred dollars) donated by PickleBall Smiles to be utilized to install two (2) new park benches close to the newly resurfaced courts in North Park.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Pickleball Smiles' donation for new park benches aligns with past and ongoing improvements at North Park. The proposed bench location is around/close to the newly resurfaced courts. PickleBall Smiles is a group that donates to PRPL for continued improvements to the parks throughout Billings.

FISCAL EFFECTS
