RECOMMENDATION
Staff and Council Operations Committee recommends allocating $7,500 Council Contingency for an open house for new City Hall.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Council Operations Committee met on October 2, 2025. It was decided at that time to plan an open house for new City Hall.
ALTERNATIVES
City Council may:
- Approve the resolution allocating $7,500 Council Contingency for an open house for new City Hall.
- Not Approve
FISCAL EFFECTS
The FY 2026 Council Contingency account has a balance of $20,000, so there is adequate funding for the allocation.
