This item requires City Council action to appoint a councilmember to Yellowstone County Behavioral Health Coalition for the upcoming term. Appointments are made in accordance with established policies and resolutions, with most terms expiring in January 2028. These assignments ensure Council representation, continuity of governance, and fulfillment of statutory and policy obligations. There is no fiscal impact associated with these appointments.
