Bids were received on March 27, 2012, for W.O. 12-04 Accessibility Ramp Project. The project will replace existing and construct new accessibility ramps along portions of Virginia Lane, Lewis Avenue, and 36th Street West.  Per the agreement between the U.S. Department of Justice and the City Of Billings, the City is required to construct accessibility ramps on all streets that have been reconstructed or overlaid since 1992.

The Council may:

• Award the construction contract for W.O. 12-04 Accessibility Ramp Project to J & J Concrete, Inc. in the amount of $249,345.00; or
• Reject all bids and do not award a construction contract for W.O. 12-04.  Rejection of bids will delay construction of these improvements until next year. 

The City received four (4) bids for this project.  The bids were as follows:
