Bids were received for the W.O. 09-20 Rimrock Road, Forsythia to Shiloh Rd., project on March 26, 2013. The project includes street reconstruction with turn lanes, pavement overlay, curb/gutter, sidewalk, drive approaches, street lighting, traffic signal installation, and water/storm improvements.

The Council may:

• Award the construction contract for W.O. 09-20 Rimrock Road, Forsythia to Shiloh, to Knife River - Billings in the amount of $3,948,432.50; or
• Reject all bids and do not award a construction contract for W.O. 09-20. 

The City received two (2) bids for this project.  The engineer's estimate was $4,426,767.60.  The bids were as follows:

The proposed project will be funded with Property Assessments, Arterial, Water, and Gas Tax funds.
