PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
City Council approved the annexation of Lot 5, Block 2, Titan Subdivision at 5530 Interstate Avenue at the May 28, 2013, council meeting. As a condition of approval of the annexation, the developer of the property was to enter into a development agreement with the City of Billings outlining necessary public improvements, which in this case include streets, storm sewer and sanitary sewer. TNC Development, LLC has submitted the attached Development Agreement, and the Council will consider whether to approve the agreement.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
The Council may:
- Approve the development agreement with TNC Development, LLC; or
- Do not approve the development agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to the City with acceptance of this development agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Council approve the development agreement with TNC Development, LLC.
