Bids were received and evaluated for the 2010 Accessibility Ramps on February 23, 2010. This project will construct Accessibility Ramps on 32nd Street West and along some corners on the western edge of downtown. Per the agreement between the Department of Justice and the City Of Billings, the City is required to construct accessibility ramps on all streets that have been reconstructed or overlaid since 1992. This project has $190,000 of gas tax funds for FY2010.

The Council may:
• Award WO 10-04 2010 Accessibility Ramps to J & J Concrete, Inc. in the amount of $179,675.00; or
• Do not award WO 10-04.

Funding for Work Order 10-04, 2010 Accessiblity Ramps, will be provided from Gas Tax.  Six bids were recieved for this project.
