PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Two (2 ) bids were received by the Street/Traffic Division for the Public Works Department on March 15, 2016 to purchase a 2016 CCTV Storm Inspection Camera. This camera is used to inspect storm drain lines. This purchase would replace an existing camera. This camera is in the FY 2016 Equipment Replacement Plan (ERP) and is included in the FY 2016 budget for the Public Works Department. The bid invitation was advertised in the Billings Times on March 3, 2016.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
City Council may:
- Approve the award of the 2016 CCTV Storm Inspection Camera, or;
- Disapprove the award of the 2016 CCTV Storm Inspection Camera. If the award is not approved the Street/Traffic will not have access to a functioning storm drain inspection camera. The camera has reached the end of its useful life.

| Vendor | Net Bid | Options-Digital Zoom Camera | Total Bid |
