Seven company representatives attended the walk-through and submitted the Intent to Respond form. Five companies submitted proposals: Collins Communications, Honcoop Technology Services, Kenco Security and Technology, Security Management Systems and TelNet Systems.
A City staff committee evaluated the proposals for comprehensiveness of products and services provided, related experience and prior City experience. The committee voted unanimously to recommend the proposal from TelNet Systems.
