PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
The City purchased property at N. 25th and 9th Ave. N. on which a new 911 Call Center will be built. To make the property available and ready for the new construction, it must be cleared of all existing structures and site appurtenances. This portion of the project will provide complete demolition and removal of multiple buildings, all underground piping, shallow foundations and basements, surface materials (asphalt and concrete), trees and shrubs, and any other miscellaneous items presently on the site.
This contract was advertised August 18th, 25th, and September 1st, 2016, in The Billings Times and on the City's website. Bids were opened September 13th, 2016, and Council is asked to take action on the bids.
