Section 21-229 states that the city council shall annually determine charges for solid waste services rendered. This process has been in place for some time and will continue.
Section 21-217 – Load Security. The language in this section has been modified to provide a fine of $35 for all vehicles that operate a vehicle within the city or between the city and the city landfill disposal site transporting material or refuse of any kind or nature that is not fully secured.
