SID 1403 Gleneagles Boulevard was created at the November 13, 2017 City Council meeting. SID 1403 will construct a northern extension of Gleneagles Boulevard and a portion of Lake Hills Drive. The project was bid on March 13, 2018, and the City received five bids for the project. CMG Construction, LLC is the apparent low bidder.

↵The City Council may:

• Award the SID 1403 construction contract to CMG Construction, LLC in the amount of $815,279; or
• Do not award the SID 1403 construction contract.  If not awarded, the City would have to re-bid or cancel the project.
