PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
The Yellowstone County Lodging Association and the Tourism Business Improvement District (BID) Board request that the Mayor appoint Benjamin Kerns to the Tourism BID Board of Directors. The Mayor wishes to appooint him to the only available seat on the Board, which has been vacant since last year. The Council is being asked to confirm this appointment.

- Not confirm the appointment and provide guidance to the Mayor

RECOMMENDATION
Mayor Hanel recommends that Council confirm the following appointment:
