PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
No bids were received by the Street/Traffic Division for the Public Works Department on August 28th, 2018 to purchase 1 - Current 5500 series dual rear wheel, 4-Wheel Drive regular cab truck with service body. This purchase will replace existing truck that is included in the FY19 Equipment Replacement Plan (ERP).
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
City Council may:
- Approve going back out for bid or;
- Disapprove the going out for bid. The existing truck is nearing the end of its useful life.

The City received 0 bids as shown below:

Staff recommends going back out for bid at a later date.
