PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Staff has been researching Customer Assistance Programs (CAPs) to find options to assist low income customers with their water and wastewater bills. Various CAP options and funding options will be presented.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff will need direction on whether to proceed with developing a customer assistance program.
