PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
W.O. 19-44: Shiloh Roundabouts Landscaping Project includes landscape modifications of five existing roundabouts in Shiloh Road. The roundabouts included in this scope are: Broadwater, Central, Monad, King, and Knife River. Additional alternatives for the project include the roundabout at Hesper Road. General scope for each roundabout includes: demo, grading, layout, retaining wall construction, boulder placement, tree & shrub planting, mulch bed construction, weed fabric, and irrigation improvements. The project was advertised May 17th and 24th, 2019, in the Yellowstone County News. State law requires City Council to consider bids at the next Council meeting after opening bids. Since bids were opened on the same day as the Council meeting, staff is recommending bid award be delayed in order to evaluate bids.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council delay bid award until the June 10th Council meeting.
