PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
W.O. 19-22 will construct road widening and utility improvements to King Avenue East from Orchard Lane to Jackson Street. This project is funded by SBURD TIF funds and is anticipated to be constructed in the spring/summer of 2020. At this time, it is planned to construct a roadway section similar in concept to the section that exists on King Avenue East just west of Orchard Lane. However, design constraints as noted within the presentation are being evaluated so a preferred roadway section and multiuse trail alignment can be selected.
RECOMMENDATION
This is an informational item for Council and no action is needed at this time.
