PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
On August 23, 2019, KLJ, agent for Boyer Land, LLC, applied for Final Minor plat approval for Silver Creek Estates Amended Subdivision. The proposed subdivision replats existing lots by creating 1 lot from 53 residential lots. The subject property is generally located on the east side of 50th Street West and south of Rimrock Road. The property is zoned Residential 7000, (R-70), and Residential 6000 (R-60). The land is vacant at this time. Staff has reviewed the application and determined that the proposed plat has met all the conditions of approval and is forwarding a recommendation of final approval to the City Council. Upon City Council approval, these documents are appropriate as to form for filing with the Clerk and Recorder.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
The City Council may approve or disapprove the final plat of Silver Creek Estates Amended Subdivision. If the City Council chooses to deny the final plat, it must base the denial on the criteria outlined in Section 76-3-611, MCA, and Section 23-307, BMCC.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Final plat of Silver Creek Estates Amended Subdivision will have no direct financial impact on the Planning Division.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council approve the final plat and SIA of Silver Creek Estates Amended Subdivision.
