In January of 2019 the Parks and Recreation Department began the Coulson Park Master Plan with our consultant DHM Design out of Bozeman.  A Steering Committee was formed along with Stakeholder Groups to guide and inform the project as it moved forward.  Five meetings were held with them.  There were 15 public outreach meetings and events, 2 on line surveys and a project website that is currently maintained. We received over 500 responses that have helped to guide and shape the plan to be reflective of the desires of the citizens of Billings.
The Parks, Recreation and Cemetery Board in their February meeting voted to recommend that Council adopt the Coulson Park Master Plan.
