RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends accepting the $2,500 donation from ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
On November 10, 2020 the City of Billings Fire Department received a letter and a check in the amount of $2,500 from ExxonMobil Pipeline Company for the purpose of providing financial support to the Billings Fire Department's emergency response capabilities.
ALTERNATIVES
City Council may approve, or disapprove accepting the $2,500 donation from ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.
FISCAL EFFECTS
Funds can be used to purchase specialized training and supplies that we would not have been able to acquire without the donation from ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.
