RECOMMENDATION
Council policy requires that any donation greater than $500 must be approved by the City Council. City Council is being asked to accept a donation for a Traeger Pro 34 valued at $699 for use at the Firearms Range.

Kings Ace Hardware wishes to donate a Traeger Pro 34 valued at $699 to the Billings Police Department to be used at the Firearms Range.
ALTERNATIVES
City Council may:
- Approve the donation of a Traeger Pro 34 valued at $699 to the Billings Police Department to be used at the Firearms Range or;
- Disapprove the donation of a Traeger Pro 34 valued at $699 to the Billings Police Department to be used at the Firearms Range.
FISCAL EFFECTS
There is no impact to the General Fund.
