RECOMMENDATION
Determine what changes if any need be made to the proposed city council priorities for 2021.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Each of the past few years, the Council has adopted a set of priorities for the upcoming year. Review the attached progress report for the 2020 priorities as well as the proposed priorities for 2021.
ALTERNATIVES
City Council may:
- Approve, or; direct the city adminstrator to present the draft 2021 city council priorities at an upcoming regular meeting.
- Disapprove
FISCAL EFFECTS
The adopted priorities help our staff focus on what is most important ultimately maximizing resources and minimizeing wasting time on unimportant projects.
