RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approve and award the Fire Station #4 Roof Replacement Rebid Project to C&C Construction of Northwest Florida, LLC for $78,404.00
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Fire Station #4, located at 475 6th St W, roof has reached the end of its useful life. This project includes replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof with metal.
This project was advertised on 02/26/2021 and 03/05/2021 in the Yellowstone County News. The bids were opened on March 9th, 2021 and 5 bids were received. The bids were as follows:

FISCAL EFFECTS
The low bid is $78,404.00. The funds will be paid with fire department deferred maintenance funds that have been budgeted for FY21. Delay of the project may result in further deterioration to the facility, which may incur additional future costs.
