W.O. 08-21 (Lake Elmo Drive project) is reconciling with Riverside Sand & Gravel for an increase in the installed quantities compared to estimated bid quantities for the amount of $122,227.25.  The project included street reconstruction with turn lanes, pavement overlay, curb and gutter, sidewalk, drive approaches, storm drain improvements, and an asphalt multi-use trail along Lake Elmo from Main Street to Wicks Lane.  The reconciling change order is for increases due to unanticipated existing conditions, utility conflicts, drainage issues, extensive driveway tie ins, and sidewalk quantities.

There are no viable alternatives to the Council approving this change order because the project is completed and these material quantities, and the required labor, are already installed.
