RECOMMENDATION
Re-read the City Charter and come prepared to ask questions on how governance works within the City of Billings.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Dan Clark from the Local Government Center (LGC) and Alan Hulse from the Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority (MMIA) will be leading the evenings discussions about "governance" and the City's liability and workers compensation pool. The following is a rough outline:
