RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the amended Subdivision Improvement Agreement.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
On April 26, 2022, Ron Hill of Ron S. Hill Living Trust, requested an amendment to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement because two minor errors were discovered in the sale of the property in the SIA in Section III.E and Section VI. A. The lot numbers did not correspond with the correct road name in which access or water is located. The amendments simply switch the lot numbers so they now correspond correctly.
Section III. E Original Language
Lot 4A-1 will access Pebble Beach Road and Lot 4A-2 will access Gleneagles Boulevard
Section III.E. New Language
Lot 4A-2 will access Pebble Beach Road and Lot 4A-1 will access Gleneagles Boulevard
Section VI. A Original Language
Lot 4A-2 has an existing water service from the main in Gleneagles Boulevard. Lot 4A-1 will have service by connecting to the existing main in Pebble Beach Road. The subdivider will provide additional water services as needed.
Section VI.A New Language
Lot 4A-1 has an existing water service from the main in Gleneagles Boulevard. Lot 4A-2 will have service by connecting to the existing main in Pebble Beach Road. The subdivider will provide additional water services as needed.
Other minor modifications were made to the document to bring it into conformance with the now required language for SIA's and waivers. These are not material to the lot number correction. The SIA was originally approved in December of 2012 and is currently on file with the Clerk and Recorder as Document No. 3649464.
