RECOMMENDATION
This is an informational presentation where staff and consultants will provide project updates including scope, timeline and budget.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The City purchased the Stillwater Building in October 2021 and staff and consultants have been working on design development over the past 12 months. The City entered into a contract for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) with Dick Anderson Construction earlier this year. The design development plan set was completed at the end of September and Dick Anderson worked on a comprehensive budget estimate based on the design development set. The estimated costs for the entire project are greater than what has been previously discussed with Council. This presentation will include funding and project scope options for council to review and provide feedback.

Alternatives and options will be presented to council for feedback.

Costs and funding options will be presenting and council's direction will have fiscal effects on the project.
