RECOMMENDATION
I will provide an update on retreat preparation - homework for the retreat may be assigned!
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The city council, department directors and key community stakeholders will be meeting from 1:00pm -7:00pm, Friday, March 31 and 8:00am-1:00pm Saturday, April 1 at 201 N. Broadway to advance our work to improve the health and safety of Billings. Most of our work will focus on two of the five strategies the council adopted after our 2022 retreat (Improving safety and investments into parks, recreation and trails).
