NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Public Comment:
The Zoning Commission will hear all persons wishing to speak relative to the proposed Text Amendments and Zoning Map Update. Testimony regarding the above mentioned item may also be submitted in writing to the Planning Division, 2825 3 rd Avenue North, 4 th Floor, Miller Building, Billings, MT 59101 (247-8676) or via email to cromwelln@billingsmt.gov or Plnonline@billingsmt.gov The Zoning Commission is conducting multiple topic-focused hearings on the draft zoning codes. The Zoning Commission will meet at a regularly schedule monthly meeting after all hearings are completed to make formal recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. Additional public hearing notices will be published for future dates, times & locations. |

Text Amendment -
Project Re:Code – Proposed Draft Sections: 27-1400 – Signs; 27-1500 – Nonconformities; 27-1800 – Measurements and Definitions This is the fifth meeting of the City Zoning Commission and the fourth meeting of the County Zoning Commission on the Public Review Draft sections of the new Zoning Codes for the City and County. This session will cover Signs, Nonconformities, Measurements and Definitions. The City and County Public Review Drafts are very similar and will be presented together in this hearing. The hearing was originally scheduled for September 16, but a power outage required the hearing to be rescheduled to September 22, 2020.
