PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND/FINAL READING ORDINANCE FOR ZONE CHANGE 1001: Text amendment to Section 27-1000, 27-1005, 27-1006, 27-1400, 27-1803, related to the regulation of marijuana businesses and to include several recommended amendments by the Zoning Commission to the original draft including a reduction -in the separation distances from dispensaries to protected uses, allowing dispensaries in two more zoning districts, and adding language to ensure there is no waiver of the required separation distances. Zoning Commission recommends approval. (Action: approval or disapproval of Zoning Commission recommendation.)
