PUBLIC HEARING AND RESOLUTION authorizing the transfer of 1.76-acre parkland identified in The Village Subdivision to Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System Inc., the developer of the St. Vincent Healthcare Subdivision. Staff recommends approval. (Action: approval or disapproval of staff recommendation.)
 
C.
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT with Foundational Missions, LLC, for maintenance of landscaped areas within public rights-of-way in St. Vincent Healthcare Subdivision. Staff recommends approval. (Action: approval or disapproval of staff recommendation.)
