City Variance 1389 – 724 N 17th St. – Two Unit front building width- A variance from Section 27-307, Table 27-300.6 requiring a maximum front building width in the build to zone for side by side attached dwelling units of 100 feet to allow a maximum of 120 feet on a side by side duplex dwelling in a Mixed Residential 1 (NX1) zone, on Lots 11 & 12 Block 282 Billings Original Townsite, S33, T01 N, R26 E, a 7000 Sq. Ft. parcel of land. The purpose of the variance is to allow a 2 unit residential dwelling to exceed the 100 foot maximum width. Tax ID: A02047
