AUTHORIZATION OF PROPERTY PURCHASE by the Downtown Billings Partnership (DBP) at 1st Avenue North and North 29th Street for a price and expenses not to exceed $850,000; and granting a waiver to the appraisal requirements of Resolution 93-16740.
