RESOLUTION allocating $50,000 of Council Contingency Funds for a shelter at High Sierra Dog Park. Staff recommends approval. (Action: approval or disapproval of staff recommendation.)

PUBLIC HEARING AND FIRST READING FOR ZONE CHANGE #947: a zone change from Residential 6,000 (R-60) to Controlled Industrial (CI) on a 2 acre parcel of land described as: the north 4 acres of Lot 5 in the SW1/4 of Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 26 East.
