Under State law, matters presented under this section cannot be discussed or acted upon by the Zoning Commission during this time. Following the public hearing, the County Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Yellowstone County Commissioners. The
Board of County Commissioners public hearing will be held
on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., 3rd Floor of the Stillwater Building at 316 N 26th St, Commissioner's Hearing Room. The County Commissioners may, by majority vote, accept or reject the Zoning Commission's recommendation. The Board of County Commissioners will hear all persons wishing to speak relative to the zone change.
