PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD – the Yellowstone County Board of Planning, Montana, will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday
, June 9, 2020 starting at 6:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 health concerns, the format of the Planning Board meeting will be held in a virtual videoconferencing environment. The Miller Building and the Planning & Community Services Department will be closed during the meeting. Public comment will be taken only during the Public Comment periods as indicated on the agenda, and during the Public Hearing under the Regular agenda. Comments may be sent to Planning via email before 3:00 PM on

Motion and Recommendation to PCC:
FY20-24 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is the funding mechanism for transportation projects requesting federal dollars in the Billings urbanized area. All MPO's are required to produce a TIP and update it at least every four years.

Engineering West/Forrest Mandeville Consulting/Performance Engineering. The general location of the subject property is on the south side of Yellowstone Trail, approximately .75 miles west of Pryor Creek Road. The property is outside of zoning, the land is vacant grassland.

Presentation/Discussion. Public Hearing. Inner Belt Loop Corridor Study with the intent to have the Planning Board make a recommendation to the Policy Coordinating Committee (PCC). The Planning Board will receive information regarding this plan and conduct a Public Hearing to collect any public comment.The Planning Board will make a recommendation to the Policy Coordinating Committee at the next regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
