Uphold or Amend the Hearing Officer's recommended decision for parcels 123-47-661, 662, 663, 664 and 665, Cochise Vista, LLC.
Background:
The Appelant's agent argued that ADOT requirements for right-turn deceleration lanes is costly and the owner feels the cost of the development requirements renders these properties unfit for anything other than long-term investment. The owner also questiones the significant increase in property valuation as nothing has changed in the area in the past four years.
The Assessor ruled "no change" as the owner failed to submit any documentation to refute the Assessor's land valuation.
After the hearing, the Hearing Officer rendered a decision to uphold the Assessor's recomended values.
