Uphold or amend the Hearing Officer's recommended decision for parcel 123-09-011, Glidewell
Background:
Ms. Glidewell filed an appeal for her property valuation and the Assessor's Office did not agree with her arguements. See the attached petition containing her questions and the Assessor's answers. Ms. Glidewell filed for a hearing. The Hearing Officer recommended a signifcant reduction in valuation as outline in his attached decision. The Assessor has chosen to appeal this recommended decision.
