Uphold or amend the contested Hearing Officer's recommended decision in the Review of notice of Change held on November 7, 2012 for Title Security Agency of Arizona #963, parcels 124-10-005 multiple, Vermilyea.
Background:
The Hearing Officer recommended that the Assessor's changes should be accepted. Mr. Vermilyea contested the recommended decision and so the matter is brought before the Board of Equalization for resolution.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send the Appellant a letter with hearing results.
