Approve a State-Grants-In-Aid application for fiscal year 2012-2013 in the amount of $23,000.
Background:
Cochise County has been designated to receive $23,000 in State-Grants-In-Aid for FY 2012-2013. The Library District uses State aid to supplement budgeted items: travel, books, professional services and supplies. The BOS aways approves the application for the funds.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Lise Gilliland will submit an online application to receive State-Grants-In-Aid funds.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
State-Grants-In-Aid funds have already been included in the 2012 - 2013 budget.
