Adopt Resolution 13-25, granting a renewal of a Telecommunications Services Franchise to Copper Valley Telephone, Inc. for five years from July 23, 2013 through July 22, 2018.
Background:
Copper Valley Telecom applied for a franchise and paid the $500 nonrefundable franchise fee. The Public Hearing has been advertised for three consecutive weeks in the Arizona Range News, July 3, 10 and 17, 3013. The Public notice is attached below. The Board of Supervisors has received no public comment to date.
