Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Douglas for reimbursement of one-half of the local match outlined in the Intergovernmental Agreement with AHCCCS for Supplemental Payments to Disproportionate Share Hospitals and Safety Net Care Pool to benefit Southeast Arizona Medical Center in the amount of $240,183.02 over a period of three fiscal years.
