Approve Grant-in-Aid Agreement between the Tohono O’odham Nation and Cochise County for the purchase of chairs in the amount of $663.76 effective November 30, 2015 through November 30, 2016.
Background:
Jennifer Davis, Branch Manager of the Sunsites Community Library applied for and was awarded a grant from Tohono O'odham for $663.76 to purchase 12 children's chairs for library projects.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Cochise County Library District will purchase 12 children's chairs for the Sunsites Community Library.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved the Sunsites Library will not purchase the chairs.
