Adopt Resolution 11-31 to adopt the Final County Budget for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 in the amount of $192,006,819 (this amount is composed of $80,872,542 in General Fund and $111,134,277 in Special Revenue funds) and approve Decision Packages as set forth in attached exhibits.

Background:

By Statute the adoption of the final County budget must be completed not less than two weeks prior to the fixing of tax rates and levies, which must be accomploshed by the third Monday in August (or 8/15).  August 1st is therefore the last day to adopt the final County budget for FY 11-12. 

This sets the budget for FY 11-12 by General Fund and various special revenue funds, as per the attached budget spreadsheets.

Cochise County will be out of compliance with State Statutes and would have no budget to work with.
