Approve Lease Agreement 18-025-042 with the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC) for the period of January 18, 2018 through December 31, 2043 for an annual payment of $1 and payment of all costs related to water rates and the Bisbee Douglas International (BDI) Water Improvement Project (WIP) repayment.
Background:
DOC and County have been extending the old lease with amendments, while developing this new lease that addresses new water rates to reimburse the County for the Water System Improvements. DOC agreed to all terms and rates incorporated in this lease document and have signed it.

File approved and executed lease with Cochise County Facilities Management
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
DOC will be in violation of operating without a lease and County may not recoup WIP investment
