Approve updated Exhibit A from the sales of the August 28 to September 8, 2017 Tax Deed Land Auction held online through Public Surplus.

Background:

From August 28 through September 8, 2017, the third Online Tax Deed Land Auction was conducted, resulting in property sales of $54,238.64.

Once staff received the check from Public Surplus it was not in the amount confirmed by them originally. After some research staff at Public Surplus stated that a mistake had been made in refunds and the amount of the check was the correct amount sold.

We are requesting the Board approve the updated exhibit A with the correct amount collected for parcels sold.

This does not change the number of parcels sold.
