Approve the re-appointment of Mr. David Greenberg to the Public Lands Advisory Committee, District 1, for a two year term effective July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019.
Background:
The Public Lands Advisory Committee consist of six members, with two appointed by the County Supervisor for each District and each residing in the District. Members of PLAC serve two-year-terms. Supervisor Call is recommending Mr. David Greenberg be re-appointed to serve a two-year term beginning July 1, 2017 and ending on June 30, 2019.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send re-appointment letter and administer the Oath of Office to Mr. Greenberg as outlined in BOS staff follow-up.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
There will be a vacancy on the Public Lands Advisory Committee, District 1.
