Discussion with the Board regarding settlement agreement.

If terms of the settlement agreement are approved, the Board will proceed to consideration of a modified tentative plat submission from Easter Mountain.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The settlement agreement will not come into effect and litigation will re-commence against Easter Mountain.
